Mindful Pathways  is a psychotherapy practise that offers individual and group therapy sessions to help clients work through a range of mental health challenges.

  • Psychotherapy and counselling are powerful tools on your journey toward personal growth, but it's important to recognize that they can also be challenging. As we explore your thoughts and emotions, you may sometimes find yourself moving from comfort to discomfort. It's not uncommon to feel a range of emotions after a session—such as annoyance, fatigue, or vulnerability. These feelings can be a natural part of the therapeutic process as you confront and work through difficult or deeply personal issues. Remember, this discomfort is often a sign of progress, although it may not feel like it in the moment.Outside life may be altered in such a way that significant people in your life may have adverse reactions to the changes.
  • As you grow and change through psychotherapy, the people close to you might also notice and react to these changes. Sometimes, their reactions can be unexpected and even challenging. Please remember, this is a natural part of the journey—your growth can shift dynamics, prompting those around you to adjust. It’s important to approach these moments with understanding and compassion, as they can be valuable opportunities for enhancing relationships and mutual growth.


We offer a range of evidence-based therapies, including Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), Narrative therapy, Psychosynthesis therapy,  Dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based therapies.


Absolutely, we gladly accept insurance for our psychotherapy and counseling sessions. We tailor the session payments according to your insurance coverage, ensuring you do not incur any additional out-of-pocket expenses.


As your psychotherapist, my main aim is to help you navigate and heal from emotional pain and challenges. Together, we will explore not just your past but also your present—how your relationships, culture, environment, beliefs, and unique qualities shape your life. Our goal is to create a nurturing space where you can experience emotional, psychological, and spiritual growth.
