Welcome to Our Cancellation and Refund Policy
Hello there! We understand that beginning your therapy journey is a big step. Our goal is to make this process as smooth and supportive as possible. We also know that sometimes, plans change or things don’t feel quite right. Here’s how we handle those moments:
Need to Cancel? No Problem!
Heads-Up: Life is unpredictable, we get it! If you need to cancel, just give us a shout at least 24 hours in advance. This helps us rearrange our schedule and maybe help someone else in your spot.
Finding the Right Fit
First Impressions: Feeling connected with your therapist is super important. If after our first chat, you’re not feeling 100% comfortable, let us know within 48 hours. We’re here to support you.
Let’s Talk Refunds
Oops, Missed Your Session?: We typically reserve your slot just for you, so if a session is missed without a heads-up, refunds can be tricky. We understand that sometimes life throws us curveballs, and plans need to change. The therapist dedicates her time and resources to prepare for your session, reserving that special time slot just for you. If something comes up and you can’t make it, we kindly ask for a heads-up at least 24 hours in advance. This little notice helps us adjust our schedules and possibly extend support to someone else in need.
For those unexpected times when you can’t give us a 24-hour notice and you miss your appointment, we have a small policy in place: we’ll charge 50% of your usual session fee. We hope you understand this policy helps us manage our time and keep our practice running smoothly.
Change of Heart?: If you’ve paid ahead and decide to pause or stop your sessions, we’ll sort out a refund for any sessions you haven’t used. Just give us a quick heads up.
How to Request a Refund

Quick and Easy: We aim to process refunds swiftly, usually within 7-10 business days, right back to how you paid.
